Aaspee Machinery offers a wide range of Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamp. Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamp reliably provides a rapid, accurate alignment of two joints of the pipe during the welding operation. Independently operated pneumatic heads allow the line-up of pipes to be adjustable for any wall thickness or size within the specified range.
A "self-propelled" Pneumatic travels through the pipe to the next joint under its own power. The adequate line-up at the next joint is assured by a reserve air tank. Pneumatic clamp requires compressed air at 100-145 psi (7-10 bars). The maximum safe working pressure is 175 psi (12 bars). A Non-Self type travelled clamp for pipe sizes 6" To 20".

The AASPEE’s Pneumatic Internal Line-Up clamps assures a rapid, accurate alignment of two joints of pipe during the welding operation. Front and rear heads operate independently to lock the clamp into position. Each pipe welding pneumatic clamp is easily and quickly adjusted for different pipe wall thickness.
Pull type Travelled units for pipe sizes 6" to 20”
A "Pull Type-Travelled" Pipe Pneumatic Internal Line-Up Clamp is pulled to the next joint (manually). Pipe Pneumatic Internal Line-Up clamp require compressed air at 100-145 psi (7-10 bars). Maximum safe working pressure is 175 psi (12 bars).
Motorized Pneumatic Internal Line-Up Clamp (Self Travelled unit) is available for pipe sizes 16" to 64”.
A "Motorized Pneumatic Clamp" travels through the pipe to the next joint under its own power. Pipe Pneumatic Internal Line-Up Clamp require compressed air at 100-145 psi (7-10 bars). Maximum safe working pressure is 175 psi (12 bars).
FEATURES:
- Standard sizes 6”-20” for Pull type and Standard sizes 16”-64” and 64”-120” available upon request.
- Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamps assures a quick, accurate alignment of two joints of pipe during the welding operation.
- Front and rear heads operate independently to lock the clamp into position, realize accurate alignment of pipe joints quickly and accurately.
- Clamps 12”-64” will cover two pipe sizes by use of conversion kits.
- Adjustable for various wall thicknesses.
- Air tank provides sufficient air pressure for lining up incoming pipe joint.
- Equal expansion & closure of shoes prevents the deformation of pipes and get more tightness with accurate roundness.
- Automatic centering helps to prevent Hi-low.
- IPC’s are specially developed and built to withstand pipeline spread operations.
- Adequate line-up at the next joint is assured by a reserve air tank.
- Options include devices, drag brakes, and wheels to suit internal coatings.
- Conversion kits for various pipe sizes are available upon request.
