Our hydraulic wedge mandrels are made of very high quality, high yield stainless steel for enhanced robustness and flexibility. They are supplied complete with extension pipes and sets of shims for registration. The AASPEE MACHINERY PRIVATE LIMITED hydraulic wedge mandrel covers pipe diameter between 16” to 48”. 10” to 18” mandrels are available in both manual and motorized version. 20” mandrels onwards are only available in the motorized version.
The Hydraulic Wedge Type Mandrel has developed specifically to meet the bending requirements of heavy-wall and high-yield grade pipe.
Optional:
· Hydraulic Conversion kit for Bending Machine to operate Mandrels.
· Portable hydraulic power unit to operate Mandrels.
